  The main thing to know when you're dealing with Palace Aids is that Mark Berns, owner, captain of sales, chief of service, and keen student of pellet stove technology, is a really good guy. When our five-year-old Quadra stove went down recently, Mark was here the next day to fix it. Which he did with a minimum of fuss and at a most reasonable charge. He believes in his products and he backs up his belief with attentive service and advice. I give him the highest marks. Paul Duffy Sharon, CT
